- Upon receiving your orders via email, SMS or call. We will reply with a confirmation within 24 hours.
- Please allow 5 to 7days for your order to be processed and delivered. Any changes will be notified to you.
COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
- Collection will be at Tampines MRT station unless otherwise agreed at other locations. This will be discussed during the final confirmation.
- If you wish to have your Terrarium to be delivered to you, the delivery timing will be as follows. (Applicable to special orders only)
There will be an S$10 delivery charges for East, South and Central area.
The delivery charges will be S$15 to West, North and CBD area.
We do not deliver to Sentosa, Jurong Island, any other offshore islands, PSA Ports, Airport Cargo Complex, Military Camp and any other Restricted Access Zone.
